Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Salon Policies
Deposit Requirement
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
If proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment only. Any additional cancellations or reschedules will require a new deposit.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without communication will be considered a no-show.
All no-shows will:
* Result in loss of the original deposit
* Be charged an additional 15% no-show fee based on the booked service total
* Require a new deposit before another appointment can be scheduled
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on scheduling availability. Late arrivals may also result in:
* A shortened service to avoid delaying other clients
* Cancellation of the appointment
* Loss of deposit
A new deposit may be required to rebook.

No Additional Guests
To maintain a safe, professional, and relaxing environment, extra guests, children, and pets are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved.

Please ensure you are booking the correct service for your desired style. Services should not be selected as a cheaper alternative to another service that requires additional time, products, or technique.
Booking the wrong service may result in:
* A price adjustment at your appointment
* The appointment needing to be rescheduled
* Refusal of service if there is not enough time allotted

Behavior Policy
Respectful and professional behavior toward the stylist and other clients is expected at all times.
Any rude, aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal or termination of service without refund.

Please keep phone calls to a minimum and phones on low volume during your appointment. This helps maintain a relaxing environment and allows your stylist to remain focused on providing quality service.
